With focus on domestic production, SS-ISHII executes every aspect of the new bike from procuring materials to machining, as well as welding, painting and Alumite surface treatment within its own domestic plant. Each individual motorcycle body is meticulously assembled by SS-ISHII racing mechanics, and high levels of quality are achieved with the company's consistent production system. The on-board engine is a 125cc single cylinder engine based on the CBR150R from Thai Honda and has an output of around 13.8HP with emphasis on durability. The power can be increased with simple custom tuning, but since the SS-ISHII 02W will always be a stock motorcycle, the power was set so that the bike could be ridden without hesitation. Nonetheless, even with only around 13.8HP, serious sports riding can be fully enjoyed because the motorcycle body is super lightweight. The SS-ISHII 02W was released in 2007 at a price of 1.15 million yen.
