Description: I took my 1978 and restored/ modified it to look like a '71. Complete dismantle, media blasted frame, epoxy primed, and finished in Dupont Hot Hues catalyzed urethene. Color: "Neptunes Jewel". Every fastener was replaced or restored. Original chrome parts were buffed and polished including the handlebar mount. Installed a new 110 cc engine with 12 volt system, all new lights, switches,controls,brakes,shocks,bearings,chain drive components, levers, cables, etc.
