The guys from San Diego mobbed up to the speed ventures grip/drift event at willow springs. Unfortunately they have some absurd rules about filming on the track and in the car, after a couple of runs on HTM with the camera the staff threatened to take the camera away if they saw it again, so most of our footage is on.... more

This was a non-competitive auto-x hosted by Speed Ventures and it was very low-traffic, so got a lot of runs (like a billion). So, I just turned it into a music video. Speed Ventures at Spring Mountain on 11/18/07 in the Red group. Best lap time was a 2:34.3 on a REALLY slippery track. I was trying out some new Goodyear Stockcar slicks which were way too hard for this car and wouldn't warm up enough to get sticky...as you'll see as I come out of Turn-10 onto the front straight..... more
