Well Known Racing Driver "The Drifting Meister Keiichi Tsuchiya" has tested Honda CIVIC Type-R (FD2) at Tsukuba Circuit(Course 1000).

Keiichi brings the Nismo-Tuned Nissan Silvia S15 onto Tsukuba Circuit to evaluate the tuning and adjustments made to the stock s15. In comparison, the Nismo S15 is unsurprisingly stable on the straights and in corners be it drifting or grip. The modified Nismo chassis adds adequate bracing into the equation and in this, a well balanced, responsive and enjoyable S15 is created

I'm posting this video to dispel the widely-believed notion that Keiichi Tsuchiya, worshipped by many as the father of drifting, did it to be faster. On dry pavement, drifting is almost always slower. Period.
