Actually it is a "Zero GROUND Speed Landing" approx. 25 kts headwind performed by Michael Obermaier during his test flights on the DF02 gyrocopter, see also: www.GyroTec.de

In the mid-eighties(?)an enterprising Texan decide to improve the reliability of gyroplane engines by installing two. This was back when you could afford to by Rotax engine two at a time. The fate of theis project is unknown.
