This was my weekend project. I am really happy with how it turned out. Nice deep tone, top end is much improved, got my hands dirty on a cool project, and you ca't beat the price!

Up for sale is a 2005 Kawasaki Ninja EX250. The Bike is fairly new with 3,110 miles on it. It was litely laid down by the wife, so the upper and lower fairing both have crakes in them. Unfortunately Remus does not make a pipe for the new 250. I had bought this pipe for another bike a few years ago.I had it professionally tuned for the 250 motor and then welded back together. Than I gave it a welder to fabricate the slip on fitting and weld it all back together. The small stock header looked funny.... more
