A huge street race scene is surrounded by the police. The whole stretch of road is blocked in and everybody's getting a ticket! Small convoy of cars plans to make a break for it!

This guy lived in a neighborhood adjacent to mine which isnt even the same neighbor hood. I see his cars posted every day after work.
