Flying an X-Air in Trevet Co.Meath. Rotax 582

Video taken Feb. 10th, 2007 of Phil Leroy's Rotax 582 equipped XAir H (N582LE) in Willcox, AZ. The XAir H cruises at 80mph, has a flight endurance of 4 hours, and burns 4.5-5 gallons an hour. This aircraft is registered in the Experimental Light Sport category (E-LSA).

Aired 7th February 2007. Systems of Knowledge college project by Mark Laferla jnr, Damian Agius, Andrew Fabri, Mark Rizzo and Jennifer Pullicino Orlando. The X-Air is a microlight aircraft with a maximum take off weight not exceeding 450Kg. Its planned powerplant is a two-stroke Rotax 582 providing 65bhp.
