MY VTCYCLES/ Case-Cutter works fine to enlarge the cylinder seat bore. It is small enough to manuever the tight space and is brilliantly designed. I have seen a japanese boring tool that is really cool looking but probably expensive. The cutter slides up and down on all four cylinder studs for stability , with an adjustable cutting carbide bit.
