A short movie showing the restoration of G-AVXC and its rebirth as G-NIPR. The footage includes its first flight in nearly FOUR years! Nerves all round... but it ends happily.

This footage was taken during oil pollution spray trials at Cuers, France 2006. The task is to fly at around 30 feet and at 130 knots and spray dispersant onto a oil slick. For this exercise only clean water was sprayed and it was conducted over the airfield at Cuers. Filming was by Matt at OSRL and full credit goes to him. I just did the easy bit.... ;-)

Take a short ride with 'Jess' the Junior 60 vintage rc model. This model was an unloved wreck that had seen better days. A quick spruce up and she was good to go again. Power is an old but good OS25 and she will happily give a good twenty minutes plus on a small tank of fuel. Lovely flying to take away the days stress....

A late evening, early summer flight of the Limbo Dancer from Bridgemary School field in Gosport. Light was fading fast and it was hard to see the model by the time we landed. Makes for an unusual aerial view of the local estate though....
