Even before the Santa Claus parade got to University Avenue, the street is closed to all vehicles (except streetcars), and it is just jam packed with people waiting for the parade. A couple of TTC CLRV streetcars navigating through the street at University Avenue and Dundas Street West. Note: CLRVs seen in this video: 4170, 4119, 4033, 4134, 4189.

Looking at the water slish and slosh around as the operator braked and when the streetcar climbed a hill. When the streetcar turned right, all heck broke loose because the water flowed all the way back towards me! Nasty!
