An early "reel" blade lawn mower built by Toro in June 1950. It has a Briggs and Stratton model 8 gasoline engine. Starts with one pull. Owned by one of the One Banger Boys also featured in this video.

I just bought this engine a couple of days ago. It had no spark and little compression. So I cleaned and gapped the points and poured a little oil in the cylinder and now it has the best spark and the best compression I have seen on any small engine. The spark just about knocked me over! The compression is so good.... more

This 3,5hp snow blower engine is the only Briggs & stratton engine i haven't had running. I have over 50 briggs engines, and this one was the only one i had never started. The guy i got it from said he had taken it of a snow blower 7 years ago, and it hadn't been running since.

This is a startup vid (not the first start) of a briggs and stratton (3 1/2 hp I assume) pressure washer. I recently decided to rebuild (minor parts replacement etc...) the engine. Lets see what happens :)
